HyperFlow has developed 3 kits for the XR6 Turbo – BOSS 1, BOSS 2 and BOSS 3. The BOSS concept was to provide scaleable performance and fully complete, easy to install bolt on Power.

The high quality bar and plate Intercooler is a custom engineered unit only available from HyperFlow. Many hours of development and testing has resulted in an optimised design balancing heat rejection and pressure drop for the XR6T. In each case the finish and attention to detail is impeccable. The “BOSS 1” is an Intercooler only upgrade that has proven to significantly enhance performance without ECU changes. The upgrade has shown a power gain of up to 25kw @ the wheels, with no issues initiating limp mode in the ECU.
