Prices
Our prices are subject to change without notice due to international currency fluctuations, etc. Our prices on this pricelist are quoted inclusive of the 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST), and are in Australian Dollars Only.
Hyperflow Technologies Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for the accuracy of price information or specifications displayed on the website. Hyperflow Technologies takes every possible precaution to deliver accurate & precise information, but cannot be held responsible for these discrepancies. The valid price and product description is presented on the commercial invoice only.
Minimum Orders
All purchases must exceed $30AUD in order to be processed.
Payment
All orders must be prepaid with direct deposit, credit card (VISA & MASTER), bank cheque or money order. A Personal cheque will have to be cleared through the bank first, taking a minimum of 5 working days.
Freight
Ordered goods are shipped to you at your cost using our shipper of choice, TNT. If you prefer, you may arrange your own courier service to pickup once order is confirmed. Prior to delivery all customers must confirm and/or supply the FULL SHIPPING ADDRESS, CONTACT NAME / NUMBER & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS.
If goods are delivered without signature Hyperflow Technologies is not liable for any loss or damage of goods.
If goods are delivered to a BUSINESS ADDRESS please supply business name and opening hours. If goods can be left at Reception etc- please specify. Please advise if Special Delivery Instructions are not specified SECOND DELIVERY CHARGES WILL APPLY!
Claims
Claims for missing or incorrectly supplied goods must be lodged with us within 7 days of receipt of goods. The invoice number and product code must also be supplied.
Replacement Warranty
Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse.
Hyperflow Technologies will replace such products and, other than this, will have no obligation. With the foregoing exception, Hyperflow Technologies makes no express warranties.
What can you return?
New products, which prior to any use have a manufacturers flaw, may be returned for exchange/refund within 14 days of purchase. There is NO WARRANTY for product misuse. GOODS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
What you cannot return?
- A product that you have changed your mind on
- A product out of the warranted period
- A product that you didn’t purchase yourself
- A product that has been damaged by external forces etc dropping product
Returns Procedure
- Call Hyperflow Technologies Customer Service Department for a Return Product Authorization number (RPA), which will be valid for 14 days.
- Carefully pack the product to be returned in a sturdy box. If possible pack the product in its original packaging, secure the goods so they do not clang around and get damaged further.
- Also pack the original invoice with the returned goods in the box.
- Mark your RMA # clearly on the shipping label.
- Send the goods to our mailing address below. If upon receipt of goods, the product falls into the category of "what you can return" listed above, we will credit you the shipping costs.
