Hyperflow has developed 2 Kits for the BA/BF Ford XR6 Turbo. These Kits are the BOSS 1 & BOSS 2, offering increasing levels of performance. The BOSS concept was to provide scalable performance with a fully complete and easy to install bolt on Power Kit.
This high quality Front Mount Intercooler is a custom engineered unit, which is only available from Hyperflow.

The BOSS 1 is an Intercooler only upgrade that has proven to significantly enhance performance without ECU changes. The upgrade has shown a power gain of up to 25kw @ the wheels, with no issues initiating limp mode in the ECU. The Kit contains the FMIC, Stainless Steel Clamps, Samco Silicone Joiners as well as Bolts, Brackets and Instructions.

The BOSS 2 is an Intercooler and Pipe Work upgrade, flow optimised to achieve even higher levels of Power. This is a fully compatible upgrade from the BOSS 1 and retains the factory cross over manifold to the throttle body. The Kit contains the FMIC, Stainless Steel Clamps, Samco Silicone Joiners, all Pipe Work  to replace the under battery pipe and sensor mount as well as Bolts, Brackets and Instructions.


Note: Many hours of development and testing has resulted in an optimised design balancing heat rejection and pressure drop for the XR6T. In each case the finish and attention to detail is impeccable.
