The Hyperflow Front Mount Intercooler Kit for the Evo X features a large bar and plate core, 530mm x 335mm x 90mm which provides the largest frontal cooling area possible on the Evolution 10 this in turn provides greater cooling & flow capacity, which enables safe increases in both power & torque.

2 Kits have been created which deliver increasing levels of performance. The Stage 1 and Stage 2 Kits, these are complete Kits and can be supplied in either a Polished or Powder Coat Black Finish.

The Stage 1 Kit consists of the Intercooler, Samco Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, Bolts and Mounting Brackets. This Kit is compatible with the factory Intercooler Pipe Work & plumbing.

The Stage 2 Kit consists of the Intercooler, Samco Silicone Joiner Kit, Stainless Steel Clamp Kit, Bolts, Mounting Brackets, a Mandrel Bent Aluminium Turbo Pipe and replaces all Intercooler Pipe Work with Polished Mandrel Bent Aluminium Pipes.

Note: All the Pipe Work supplied by Hyperflow is Mandrel Bent and have fewer bends than factory; they maintain a consistent diameter which results in increased flow and minimal pressure drop we also minimize the number of joins required in the system which also increases efficiency.
